Calendar Coordination
To keep track of eve=
rything
that is happening in the parish and also to prevent conflicts in scheduling,
ministry and committee chairpersons are asked to inform the parish office o=
f any
event, meeting, or activity that they would like to schedule. Please call the parish secretary at
603-436-4555 or email parishmail@corpuschristinh.org with all the informati=
on. But before you do, you may want to=
check
out the parish calendar and the facility scheduler to become aware of poten=
tial
scheduling conflicts. Learn m=

Parish Calendar
This calendar provid=
es a
summary of all parish activities.
To access this calendar, click on the link on the left side entitled
“Calendar;” a new browser will open with the current month
displayed. You can experiment=
with
different views by manipulating the Display options (lower left). You can also “filter” =
(lower
right) the calendar events, say by principal location, using the church
digraphs IC, SC, SJ as a “text” criterion under the “Find
Text” filter operation; or by category of event, e.g. Faith Formation,
Liturgical, etc. by choosing the “Categories” filter operation =
and
selecting your category(ies=
)
of interest (you can choose more than one category by holding down the
“Ctrl” button.) Y=

revert to the original calendar view by clicking “
Do not try to “=
;add
events” (lower left) or “Administer: This calendar”
(lower right). These require
certain permissions restricted to staff.
Facility Scheduler=
This calendar will s=
how you
what resources (rooms) are available for parish functions on any given
date. However, actual request=
s will
still be processed through the parish secretary.
To access this calen=
dar,
click on the link on the left side entitled “Facility
Scheduler.” A new brows=
er
will open with a matrix of resources for the current month. In the left hand column are the re=
sources. Across the top, the current month =
is
highlighted in bold and the nu=
mbers
(1-28/30/31) reflect the days of the month in bold.
To check on the avai= lability of a particular room, choose that resource in the left hand column. A new browser with a calendar spec= ific to that room will open. You c= an then see all events scheduled for that room for the month.
