Sacramental Records=

 

All sacramental reco= rds for Corpus Christi Parish are kept at the St. Catherine of Siena rectory, = 845 Woodbury Ave.  These include all records from the three former Portsmouth<= /st1:City> parishes:  Immaculate Concepti= on, St. Catherine of Siena, and St. James.

 

To request a certifi= cate, please call Marilyn Chavez at 603-436-0344.  You will need to provide the follo= wing information:

 

  • Name of the person in question (include ma= iden if applicable).
  • Date of birth of that person.
  • If the sacrament was administered before J= une 26, 2006, which is the date of the tri-parish merger, the church in wh= ich the sacrament took place -- if you know it.  All sacraments received after= the merger date will be recorded in one single Corpus Christi Parish recor= d.
  • The address to which you want the certific= ate mailed.
  • Your name and phone number.
